This one is for sale, it’s at a reduced price because it was damaged by my former landlord. If you look closely in the center of the painting you can see 2 finger marks. He had given us 24 hours notice that he would be entering the suite for renovations. I put a note beside my wet painting saying, “Wet Painting, Do Not Touch” So obviously being the kind of person he was he had to run his fingers through it. I even saw the paint on his fingers when he repeatedly tried to tell me that it was like that when he got there. This one comes with our timeline for the court case, it’s a timeline of all the horrible things we went through with this landlord.
